For some reasons some times its need to have more specifics restriction on basic with some pieces. I mean on private multiplayer you hp limite, the weight limit, no swap and etc. There need more like of tires restiction and more about on streets to race pieces. There others pieces like racing cage, forza wings, balast and the sizes of the wheels.
I think that going to be a games changer many ways not for only private multiplayer.
