Infinite loading track when trying to connect to lobbies

Anyone else have issues connecting to lobbies? Had several hangs recently while attempting this.

PC - Xbox app - wontfix - AMD

Since this was moved into this topic, let me be more clear about my particular issue: The game never shows a disconnected message, it just infinitely spins on the track loading screen.

Yes, it is more prominent when two PC users on the same network try to play in a group/the same lobby.
