I was playing Horizon3,when I tried to perchase a car in the in-game bidding.the system shows that I failed bidding.but the CR was lost. I didn’t get the car,can’t get the CR back either!
it’s 4,000,000CR,took me quite a while to earn.
I restarted the game several times,restarted PC,it’s still not there.
It happened an hour and a half ago.I contacted the Xbox surport team,they said there’s no other option but to contact the game developer via this forum page.
My gamertag is DannyM3SS1.I was going for Lamborghini Veneno.
It’s just frustrating that this happend,really wish you could get my CR back.lost it for no reason.
I assume this was in the auction house if so you need to go back and claim your credits from there

This. If you place a bid, the credits are immediately deducted from your account. If you lose the auction, you’ll have to reclaim your credits in the My Auctions screen.
