There’s a ton of them in the AH - in fact I’ve just stuck one in there myself but it doesn’t show on the main list yet due to the amount up there. Search my GT if you want it - cheaper than the others.
Edit - It didn’t sell. It’s another AH bug that I’ve noticed several times.
The AH list for most cars is many pages long and goes from ending soon to 24 hr wait times.
On this, and a few others, it was only a few pages and only went down to 19mins left. By the time my one got onto the main list there were a few above at cheaper prices so they all went and I lost out.
No idea why some lists have all cars up and some are limited to a small few.

On Oct 1st, when the OP posted this, it was a rare car. Now they’ve gifted one to every player, so it’s completely worthless.
