Does anyone know the contact from Turn 10 or Microsoft, wich can cancel the blockade for my gamertag?
First of all i have to tell you, that now i have level 600 in Forza Horizon 3, over 300 car designs to download, more than 15 k downloaded designs and a Horizon crew with more than 150 followers.
I generate new followers with the benefit to download new designs every day!
In the JDM tuning scene (Japanese Domestic Market) there are statements that you publicize on your car. I made in the last days such designs and sticker in JDM style.
Sometimes quotes and life aspects will be visualized on cars. I´ve generated a hand with a (little bit longer) middle finger. Sorry – I haven´t thought about the consequence, that there are americans and younger people wich can be upset about that sticker. I think in Europe we are not so prude? YES – i feel sorry. Yes i make a mistake. But if Microsoft/Turn 10 let me know what I have made wrong, they get me the change to correct and fix. Every one should have the chance to fix the mistake he made.
The day before yesterday I get a dashboard message from a boy. It begins with the words: »u suck«. In a lovely voicemail he told me how horrible it is, to design a (middle) finger in Forza Horizon. When i analyze his voice – i come to the awareness, that he is under ten years old.
Okay – the guy reported me and Microsoft/Turn 10 block all my designs and patterns without any information to me? But which one of my 300 Designs or my 150 stickers/patterns is displeasing Microsoft/Turn 10 to determine the block? Why comes no information, no message of them?
Microsoft is an establishment which generate money with tools for communication. And they don´t communicate with me?
A short message with the information, that it will be better to erase a displeasing sticker be a good and simple idea. It be no problem for me to erase the stiker!
The function to load designs and patterns online is blocked till 31.01.2017. And then? No one informed me what i have to do after the block.
There is no knowledge what a user can design and what is displeasing.
Yesterday i try to fix the problem. I try the support on twitter, send mails to several mail adresses, had two live chats with microsoft - and at the end of the day i come to the insight, that no one have the permission to unblock and no one can help me out.
So, if someone of you have an idea – please let me know.
