I cant join Forza Horizon 4 with my account

Hello

I’ve talked xbox tech about my issue and they sent me here. i havent played forza horizon 4 in a while.

i installed the game and its closes automaticly at the loading screen. if i change my account i can play the game. i tried another games with my account i can play them too. only forza horizon 4 i cant play. [Mod Edit - email address removed - MM]

now in this third picture my game closes and there is no error code or anyting else. i cant skip loading screen. Please help me!
