How to level up Mixer

Hello everyone!
I have a serious question about the progression system in FH4:
I would love to level up all categories as far as possible, but now im stock on the “Mixer” part. As i could read after some googeling, the Microsoft Mixer is shut down since july this year. For progress i have to stream on mixer, but how should this work after its shutdown?
And another question: Is there an easier way to level up tuning and painting, instead of making 1000s of tunes and paints, but noone downloads or likes it?

Yeah, you pretty much can’t level up Mixer anymore since its gone. They’ve probably left it in the game for those of us who have it already.
