How to join a friend's lobby on PC?

I seem to remember that if I see a blue number on the MULTIPLAYER tile, then after pressing it the game asks if I want to join a friend in MP. I no longer am asked that and don’t remember if I might have disabled that function. Is there any other way to join a friend’s lobby?

I’d still like to know. I want to join Turn10’s streams.

I guess it is only possible through invites on PC.

For sure you can join through Xbox app.

I tried joining johniwanna through the app but there was no option to join.
