How to get the Mazda RX-7?

Anyone know how to get the Mazda RX-7? I thought you need to win the KIEWA VALLEY LAKE LOOP street race and the YARD TO COOPER PEDY RUN street race in order to open up the MIDNIGHT BATTLE race to get the RX-7. I got both of those races in 1st place and I still don’t see the MIDNIGHT BATTLE on the map yet. Do I need to do more head to head races in order to see the MIDNIGHT BATTLE race on the map?

Change Filter on your World Map to show just Street Races. If you have any showing up as incomplete, win them, and if you don’t have any left to do, do more head to head races. When the Mazda Midnight Battle is available it will be located on the western side of the map:

I did not know you had to do all of those Street Races to get the RX-7. Someone on YouTube said to win the KIEWA VALLEY LAKE LOOP street race and the YARD TO COOPER PEDY RUN street race.
