I asked this question last week, and there was no answer, but I just figured it out myself!
To edit a Blueprint Laps, Weather, and Time of Day you do this…
1/ Go to the start position of that race for example Goliath.
2/ Create Route
3/ Make a small track until you can add a finish line just a few yards long.
4/ Test track.
5/ Save track as “Test” or similar.
6/ Now you are allowed to ‘Create Custom Event’
IMPORTANT PART!
7/ This is where you get you old track into the game, and swap your test track for the old one.
8/ Now you can change No of Laps, Weather, and Time of Day, and other things!
No need to create a new route. Just create a new blueprint and then, on top to the right, there is a map or something, click on that and choose your custom route.
Is there any way to see how many people have used/tried your Blueprint?
I did my very first one a week or so ago (736 688 266 if you’re curious) but I can’t see any way to figure out how many people have tried it. There’s a bit in the creative hub that says it’s been downloaded zero times, but I do know at least one person has tried it, as he was kind enough to give me feedback.
I have this one course I saved but never made an ‘event’, I see it when I try to save my one waypoint ‘dummy’ and almost saved it on top of my ‘wondertrack’ stuck in limbo. So I have to go further in the process before I can pull it into use?
Really is dumb they don’t have a menu where you can just get into it to create variations. I can understand not being able to manipulate or add waypoints between other waypoints, but how is the average person supposed to figure this out? I also wish you could delete ones you don’t want. And I thought it was annoying when you hit max tunes having to go into individual cars and delete them…
