How do you customize that little symbol by your name in the online lobbies?

When you’re waiting to race in an online lobby and your gamertag shows up in the list, a lot of people have a personalized symbol next to their name on the left hand side. And then I have like the Big red F for Forza next to mine and other people do too. But I see all these cool symbols people have and would like to change mine.

How do you do that?
