I purchased the Hot Wheels Car Pack today, and I have not received any of the free cars. I contacted XBOX support, and I was refunded. I purchased it again, same deal, no free cars.
I also purchased the Top Gear Car Pack not a week ago, and I didn’t have this issue.
What can I do?
The cars show up for purchase, but I have not received a DLC message, and the Free car tab does not show up…

Problem still exists, paid for content, do not have it.

Saturday I purchased the Top Gear Pack, VIP pack, and the 2000 tokens and have had the same issue. If they are aware of the issue they have been pretty mum about it and if they don’t know then they havent been paying attention to whats going on because it seems to be happening more and more since last weekend.
