I have picture 467/470 but only two cars for picture left this is 469 cars one missing bug or ??

469/470 is not a bug. The number on the right shows the next reward tier, but you won’t be able to get there until after the February 7 content update. If you were to capture the remaining cars you’ll see your stats on the bottom of the driving screen show 469/469. 469 is the maximum available now, and after the content update you should see 478 or 479/480 (if there’s a Barn Find) due to the addition of the February DLC cars plus two Forzathon cars.
