Horizon playlist lost percentage

I always do 82% of the playlist , I skip online adventure. After update, current and past season completion percentages are at 70% . I still have all of the car rewards, Any way for this to be fixed ? Tried troubleshooting by restarting consoles , cycling through seasons, viewing history , restarting game etc

Please fix this, or state that it will get fixed and recount old seasonals - I will get 100% on this full season and would not like to do it again for the achivement…

Known issue of last release. Prepare to be censored/moved/merged to support dead locked zone. in a way it confirms it is actually a bug.

A bug is something that affects gameplay. This doesn’t really affect gameplay. You still got all the rewards, I got the achievement tonight for doing 100% of a whatever, which I only did when the playlist first started so it stills counts it as 100% completed. The only thing wrong is the percentage. Seems more like a slight annoyance than a full fledged bug.

Damn. It happened to me too. Rebooted, full shutdown, loaded on PC as well, no change. I have everything complete, shows as 87% complete for the season and 86% complete for the playlist and it retro downgraded the percentages for already complete seasons. I already submitted a ticket.

My history for every playlist so far is 100% complete and this playlist is ending soon. Hope my streak doesn’t get broken.

This is obviously another update related issue. It seems that there are a lot of people with the same problem. Even previous series percentages are affected.
I have submitted a support ticket. Hopefully a patch will be issued soon.

It’s still just a number - the completed events and challenges is still tracked somewhere, so both car rewards and achievements could be recalculated and awarded retroactively.

Ironic that this happens just as they introduce an achievement for 100% for all seasons.

My sentimentd exactly VisceralGnat84, I submitted a ticket re this last night, have received a response, obviously not grasping the gist of it, so I pointed it toward this forum!

I have the bug too but did successfully get the achievements. Spring is stuck at 87% plus one missing daily challenge that is yet to come today, and the other seasons are stuck at 86%, even though I 100% everything and have been doing so since Season 7. It looks like it displays the % incorrectly instead of actually erasing progress.

Is everyone else getting the same numbers?

Yeah pretty much the same numbers. I wasn’t affected by the previous bug that happened to some people in which this release was due to fix. I also found that previous Series can be affected so when I looked on Series 12 for example it was at 100% but clicking into the Series alters the % to 86 or 87 for the entire Series. Thankfully rebooting the game fix the previous series and they are showing at the % I achieved. But this Series all Seasons are 86% or 87% rather than be 100% or 99% in the case of Spring.

Hopefully a fix is produced before the next update to Series 15. As I get 100% each Series I can still get the rewards for 80% complete but will take a bit longer to unlock.

I’ll submit a ticket myself as well just to highlight this is a wider problem that needs addressing sooner rather than later.

I had the same experience and can confirm this myself. Further proof that the bug has more to do with simply displaying the completion % correctly than resetting things.

Unfortunately, when you reboot the game, the current, ongoing series isn’t fixed. So this Playlist bug is different from earlier bugs.

Yes this is a different bug. I am currently working with the team to investigate the current issue and get information so that we can try and fix this.

Confirmed on XBox One S. I generally skip Playground Games so most recent seasons were 93%, but now in the 80s.

I know the update-related playlist completion bug has been talked about already, but a lot of people are just complaining about the percentages not showing up right even though they’ve completed the playlists and safely gotten their rewards.

In my case, I was just about to complete 80% of the series playlist before the update rolled out. I was literally at 79% on Monday night. It got late and I figured I’d complete one more Spring championship and get the 80% completion on Tuesday. I just needed to do the Lotus Flower championship (or whatever it’s called). I had done everything but that and the playground games for Spring.

So of course Tuesday happens, the update comes out, and now all my percentages have dropped. I complete the Lotus championship as I had planned to, and of course now that completion does NOT put me over 80%, as it would have if the update had not come out and screwed things up. I am currently sitting at 76% for the series. I still have playground games to potentially do, but I’m not sure if that’s enough to put me over 80% for the series? And I was looking forward to NOT doing the playground games anyway…

So I gotta ask, are these updates tested, in like any kind of meaningful way, before they are rolled out? On the plus side, the 80% series reward car is not a super new exclusive or a 10mil autoshow car, but still. I was working towards getting it and now I feel like the time and effort is wasted. Because of a buggy update.
