HORIZON PASSPORT SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID IN CUBA, IRAN, NORTH KOREA, SUDAN, SYRIA, REGION OF CRIMEA, RUSSIA, AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

THE HORIZON PASSPORT SWEEPSTAKES IS SPONSORED IN THE UNITED STATES AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON. BY PARTICIPATING, YOU CONSENT TO THE EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE COURTS OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON FOR ANY DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF THE HORIZON PASSPORT SWEEPSTAKES.

By entering the Horizon Passport Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) you agree to abide by all terms and conditions referenced in these Official Rules.

1) ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of any Xbox Console supported region (Xbox Supported Countries & Regions | Xbox) (excluding Russia) who are 21 years of age or older, and have an Xbox Game Pass membership or a free Microsoft account (“Xbox Profile”), a free Steam account (“Steam Account”), or a free Sony account for PlayStation (“PlayStation Account”) in good standing at the time of entry. Employees of Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”) (“Sponsor”), Valve Corporation (“Steam”), Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC (“PlayStation”), GMR Marketing LLC (“GMR”), and any promotion or other vendor agency involved in this Sweepstakes (and any other person engaged to work on this promotional program) and each of the above’s respective affiliates (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”) and the household and immediate family members (defined for the purposes of this Sweepstakes as a parent, spouse, child, and sibling) of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes Parties and Sung-Ho Kang are collectively the “Released Parties”. Void in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Region of Crimea, Russia, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

2) TIMING: This Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 24, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on March 23, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Tuesday, March 24, 2026 6:59 AM

3) HOW TO ENTER: To earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, you must complete both of the following:

  • a) Add “Forza Horizon 6” (the “Game”) to your Xbox, Steam, or PlayStation Wishlist prior to submitting Entry Form (defined below):

    • i. XBOX: Access the Xbox Store at https://xbox.com, using an Xbox Series console, or using the Xbox application on your PC, Mac, or Mobile device (“each, a Device”), and add the Game to your Xbox Wishlist while logged into your Xbox Profile.

    • ii. STEAM: Access the Steam Store at https://store.steampowered.com or using the Steam application on your Device and add the Game to your Steam Wishlist while logged into your Steam Account.

    • iii. PLAYSTATION: Access the PlayStation Store at https://store.playstation.com, using a PlayStation 5 console, or using the PlayStation application on your Device, and add the Game to your PlayStation Wishlist while logged into your PlayStation Account.

  • b) Submit Entry Form during the Sweepstakes Period: you must (1) have access to an internet-enabled Device; (2) visit www.forzahorizonsweepstakes.com (the “Website”); (3) complete the Official Entry Form (“Entry Form”) with your first and last names, email address, phone number, and country of residence, check the designated boxes to verify your eligibility and to accept the Official Rules and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement, and (4) click “Submit”.

Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person/authorized email account holder. The use of automated devices to enter this Sweepstakes is prohibited. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that may occur. All entries become Microsoft’s property and will not be returned.

4) WINNER SELECTION/PRIZES: On or around March 24, 2026, GMR will randomly select ten (10) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. All random drawings will be conducted in New Berlin, Wisconsin, United States under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

  • a) Ten (10) Prizes: Trip for Prize winner and one (1) guest to Tokyo, Japan between April 27, 2026 and May 2, 2026 (a “Prize(s)”).

    • Each Prize consists of:

      • Round-trip, coach-class air transportation for Prize winner and one (1) guest from a major airport nearest the winner’s home (determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to Tokyo, Japan;
      • Five (5) nights’ double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations (including room rate and taxes; excluding room service and other incidentals);
      • Experiences in Japan for Prize winner and guest including automotive, cultural, culinary, and entertainment activities such as a JDM car experience, a professional drifting experience, sightseeing around Tokyo, a tuning and livery workshop at a car garage, visiting an auto retailer and car museum, catching a bullet train to Nagoya, advance screening of Sung Kang’s new film “Drifter”, and a sumo wrestling experience (each an “Experience”, collectively “Experiences”) (specific Experiences and all elements and details of the Experiences are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and are subject to availability and change at any time);
      • If a Prize winner is a U.S. resident, the Prize winner will receive a corporate check in the amount of $6,688 USD (corporate check intended to be used toward the Prize winner’s U.S. tax obligations, and for travel expenses not included as part of the Prize);
      • If a Prize winner is a non-U.S. resident, the Prize winner will receive a prepaid international bank gift card in the amount of $1,000 USD (prepaid card intended to be used for travel expenses not included as part of the Prize).

  • b) The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of a Prize if won by a U.S. resident is $16,730.19 USD.

  • c) The ARV of a Prize if won by a non-U.S. resident is $11,042.19 USD.

  • d) ARV of all Prizes combined: $110,421.90 - $167,301.90 USD.

Additional Prize Terms:

Prize winners must plan trip with Sponsor and travel within Japan must be completed between April 27, 2026 and May 2, 2026, or the Prize winner shall forfeit the Prize in its entirety, and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Dates of departure and return, travel route, seat selection, hotel accommodations, Experiences, and all elements of the Prize will be arranged by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and are subject to availability and/or change.

Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions may apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Prize winner and their guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Prize winner and their guest must possess all required valid travel documents (i.e., valid government-issued photo ID and passport, visa/entry permit if required, etc.), insurance, and meet all of the Japanese government’s requirements for entry into Japan in order to travel.

Released Parties are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of a missed flight. Any change made by a Prize winner or guest to the travel itinerary, including any cost implications, is the Prize winner’s sole responsibility. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, airline optional services and baggage fees, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to and from Prize winner’s or guest’s home residences are the Prize winner’s or guest’s sole responsibility. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of such changes including cancelled, delayed, or missed flights.

Upon check-in, the hotel will require the Prize winner or guest to provide a valid major credit card or other acceptable means of securing against incidental expenses charged to the room. The corporate check or prepaid international bank gift card portion of the Prize will be provided to the Prize winner before the travel departure date. A U.S. Prize winner is responsible for depositing the corporate check in a timely manner to have access to the funds.

These are estimated values only. The actual value of the Prize is expected to vary, based on the point of origination, airfare fluctuations, and hotel pricing. If the actual value of the travel portion of prize is less than stated, difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored. If a Prize winner resides within three hundred (300) miles of the travel destination, alternate travel arrangements may be made by the Sponsor in its sole discretion and the Prize and value of prize adjusted accordingly.

Prize is subject to change or cancellation without written notice or warning. Should an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities, epidemics, pandemics and the spread of infectious diseases, and any related governmental or judicial actions, including but not limited to travel restrictions, taken in connection with, or as a response to, any such event, or any other event beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time the Prize trip occurs, render the fulfilment of all or a portion of the Prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate, make modifications to, and restructure the fulfilment processes and timelines for the prize, or portion thereof. Sponsor may modify and/or restructure the prize or portions thereof to comply with government orders or guidelines and health and safety requirements.

Prize winners and guests must comply with all Experience vendors’ rules and regulations, failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the relevant portions of the Prize. Prize winners and guests acknowledge that certain Experiences may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to driving, operating vehicles, or being a passenger in a vehicle, and agree to assume all associated risks. Prize winners and guests may be required to execute additional documentation provided onsite by an Experience vendor in order to participate. To participate in an Experience that includes Prize winners or guests driving, such Prize winners or guests need a valid unrestricted driver’s license, international driving permit and meet all of the vendor’s requirements. Prize winners or guests without driving documentation may participate in a passenger experience, if available. Experiences are subject to availability and change at any time and there will be no compensation for unavailable Experiences.

Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. The Prize is not transferable, or redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor. The Sponsor may substitute, modify, or cancel any Experience component at its sole discretion.

Any and all taxes related to a Prize are solely the responsibility of the winner and Sponsor will comply with U.S. tax reporting requirements. The winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting a Prize. All other expenses not specified as part of the Prize description are solely the winner’s responsibility.

5) WINNERS: The winners will be notified and confirmed as follows:

  • a) Prize Winner Notification & Confirmation: The potential Prize winners will be notified by phone/email address to the phone number/email address provided on each potential Prize winner’s Entry Form on or about March 24, 2026. Each potential Prize winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of the first notification to respond and provide their responses to the presented eligibility questions, requested contact information, and their designated guest’s first and last names, phone number, and email address. To the extent permitted by applicable law in the Prize winner’s country of residence, the potential Prize winner must fully execute and return the presented Prize documents, a Background Investigation Consent Form, and an IRS W-9 tax form (if a U.S. resident) or a W-8BEN tax form (if a non-U.S. resident) (collectively, the “Winner Documents”) via on-line document execution service or via return of paper documents using a provided pre-paid shipping label to be tendered within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery of the Winner Documents, or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety. You may be required to provide certain sensitive Personal Information, such as a social security number (or an equivalent government identification number) and passport number in the Winner Documents, for tax reporting and/or travel booking purposes. These are considered legitimate business purposes for collecting such information under privacy laws. You should decline your Prize if you do not wish to disclose sensitive Personal Information in connection with this Sweepstakes. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to accept the Prize within the specified time period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of Prize. Potential Prize winners are subject to verification of eligibility including verification of age, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor has the right to verify potential Prize winners have added “Forza Horizon 6” to their Xbox, Steam, or PlayStation Wishlist as required for entry. If the verification process reveals a potential Prize winner has not met this entry requirement, the potential Prize winner will be deemed ineligible. If notified winner is not eligible, declines Prize, or fails to return any required Winner Documents by the specified time period, the potential Prize winner will automatically forfeit the Prize and will not receive the Prize. An alternate winner will be randomly selected as the potential Prize winner, time and circumstances permitting. Only up to three (3) alternate potential Prize winners may be notified, time permitting, after which the applicable Prize will remain un-awarded.

    • i) Background Investigations: To the extent permitted by applicable law in the Prize winner’s country of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct background investigations on each potential Prize winner and their guest (collectively, the “Subjects”) and reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify either Subject based on the results of such background investigations, if the Sponsor determines in their sole discretion that awarding a Prize to such Subject might reflect negatively on the Sponsor or the Released Parties. Potential Subjects agree and understand that based on such results, they may be disqualified if the results are not acceptable to the Sponsor at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and that the specific reason(s) for any such disqualification will not be provided to any disqualified Subjects. The results of such background investigation will NOT be shared with the Subjects.

    • Potential Prize winner agrees and understands that they and their guest must execute a Background Investigation Consent Form upon request to authorize and cooperate with such background investigation process to allow the Sponsor and/or its agents make an independent investigation of their background, references, character, employment, education, civil and criminal court records and police reports, including those maintained by both public and private organizations, and any and all public records including social media posts, for the purpose of confirming information provided by the Subjects and/or obtaining other information that may be relevant to their qualifications as a potential Prize winner or guest in the Sweepstakes.

    • ii) Prize Winner’s Guest: The guest must be a legal resident of a Xbox Console supported region (Xbox Supported Countries & Regions | Xbox) (excluding Russia) and be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. In addition, at the same time as the Prize winner completes their Winner Documents, the guest must fully execute and return the presented prize documents and to the extent permitted by applicable law, a Background Investigation Consent Form (collectively, the “Guest Documents”) from via on-line document execution service or via return of paper documents using a provided pre-paid shipping label. Failure for a guest to fully execute and return the Guest Documents in time specified by the Sponsor may result in that guest’s disqualification and forfeiture of the guest’s portion of the Prize.

  • b) Publicity Release: Except where legally prohibited and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Prize winners and their guests grant to the Sponsor and Sponsor’s designees, the right to the use of their name, country of residence, as well as any picture, image, likeness, voice, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness, biographical information and statements provided by such winners at any time or times, for advertising and/or trade purposes, publicity and promotional purposes, or for any other purpose the Sponsor or Released Parties and their designees and assigns see fit, without limitation, in any media or format now or hereafter known or discovered, worldwide, in perpetuity, and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without additional notice, consent, review or approval, and without additional compensation (financial or otherwise), unless prohibited by law.

6) ADDITIONAL TERMS: By entering, entrant agrees to accept and abide by the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes and agrees that any dispute with regard to the conduct of this Sweepstakes, rule interpretation, or award of Prize, shall be resolved by Sponsor, whose decision shall be binding and final. In particular, it will be mandatory for each entrant to expressly accept these Official Rules and the grant of rights in favor of Sponsor with respect to entrant’s Submission pursuant to the terms indicated in these Official Rules. Additionally, entrants must sign and return a written document as requested by Sponsor to perfect such grant, if necessary. By entering, entrant agrees to be notified via using the contact information provided in the entrant’s Entry Form or by using the contact information provided by the entrant during Prize claim process by the Sponsor and/or GMR for the purposes of the administration of this Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any injury, loss or damage to person, including death or property damage due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly to the acceptance, use, or misuse of a Prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or participation in the Sweepstakes. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of Prizes, including such error as may give an erroneous indication that a Prize has been won. In the event the Released Parties are prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event), the Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor reserves the right, but shall have no obligation, to randomly select the winner(s) from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.

7) DISPUTES/GOVERNING LAW: All disputes concerning the Sweepstakes and construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the state of Washington in the United States without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Entrant (i) agrees that exclusive jurisdiction over any legal action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes will be in state or federal courts located in or nearest to state of Washington and by entering consents to such jurisdiction and venue; (ii) consents to resolve any such claims individually and without resort to class action; and (iii) agrees that all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees or punitive, incidental, consequential, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses.

8) INTERNET: If for any reason the Internet portion of this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes. In any such event, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, will randomly select the winner(s) from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the event requiring such termination, suspension or cancellation. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device or gaming console related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

9) USE OF DATA: Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation applicable in your country of residence and in the country where the data controller is located. Entrants to the Sweepstakes will not be added to any database list. Microsoft’s Privacy Statement located at http://privacy.microsoft.com will apply to this Sweepstakes and to all information that we receive from your entry and your participation in this Sweepstakes. Please note that by accepting these Official Rules you are also accepting the terms of the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Entrants’ data will be used by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, Washington 98053 United States), by GMR Marketing LLC (5050 S. Towne Drive, New Berlin, Wisconsin 53151 United States), and by any of their representatives or employees for the use and purposes to run the Sweepstakes as provided in these Official Rules.

10) LIABILITY: Microsoft cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Participants in this Sweepstakes agree that Microsoft will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of a Prize, or from participation in this Sweepstakes. The foregoing shall apply in the event your entry is not received or lost by Microsoft. Nothing in this clause shall limit Microsoft’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud. The provisions of this Section shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

11) OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute, the Sponsor’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, or withdraw this Sweepstakes and to amend these Official Rules at any time without notice.

12) WINNERS LIST: In the event you are a Prize winner, you hereby grant Microsoft, its affiliates, and GMR the right to publish your first name, last name initial, and country of residence (“Winner Information”) in online and offline media in connection with this Sweepstakes. The Winner Information for the Prize winners will be available on the website Forza Horizon Sweepstakes for at least thirty (30) days after April 27, 2026.

13) SPONSOR: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, United States.

14) ADMINISTRATOR: This Sweepstakes is administered by GMR Marketing LLC, 5050 South Towne Drive, New Berlin, WI 53151, United States.
