Horizon Life session (online) not starting

Hi everyone,
I just finished the initial task and unlocked online play (horizon life). I tried joining a session but it does not do anything… All it keeps saying is “Finding a Horizon Life session…”.

It’s not related to my internet connection nor my firewall. What should I do to make it work?

I had the same problem originally, I usually have my firewall(s) off completely so I assumed the firewall wasn’t my issue, come to find out the firewall must be ON to join a session. Hope this helps.
