I did all exhibitions, and championships, three starred every PR stunt, discovered every road, and every Horizon Promo. The problem are the exclusive barn finds. There were two you could only unlock on select weeks and since Horizon 3 is no longer being updated, they aren’t going to be available again. This is tied into game completion, and it’s impossible to 100% as they’ll never be made available. Either remove these from the completion requirements, or make these permanently unlockable.
Imagine if a movie scene was permanently cut because you didn’t watch it within two years of it’s release. This is ridiculous.

But what it comes to 100% completion (according to stats tab), I’m not sure if it’s glitched or not. If I remember correctly I’m sitting at 99.3%, and I have done every single thing there is to be done in the game.
I just completed it 8 days ago. Started the game Jan 1. I did use the treasure map so that may have helped? It could be a bug where they aren’t showing up in some instances.
