So i just got this game yesterday played for a while and remember about forza rewards and the loyalty cars… i went and redememd my rewards and here i am over 8 hrs later and i havent gotten my rewards or any of the supposed free cars i should get for my tier ranking… so any ideas whats going on, is there a fix for this?

Based on your tier level, I can tell you’re not new to Forza; but, for the sake of troubleshooting, you have checked your in-game message box for the gift notifications which you have to download, correct? If you have and there are no messages, perform a complete console power cycle (do not just turn the Xbox One off/on) and re-launch Horizon 2 to see if this triggers the messages to appear.
If neither of these suggestions correct the issue, wait another day. Most frequently, it’s just a matter of time before the messages are received. Assuming Horizon 2 activity has ramped up in the last week with all of the DLC, the servers might be working a bit harder to sustain operations.
They finally showed up, thank you everyone for the quick responses… just kept playing around in the giant world and eventually i got the notification… was a very nice stack of rewards waiting in my inbox so alls good now… happy racing everyone
