So I bought the game via disc version and I have the ultimate addition but does that mean I don’t get the HOONIGAN DLC at all?
Correct. I think it was a preorder digital edition bonus. It will probably become available later as optional DLC.
It was a preorder digital bonus (including the pack for FH3) if you bought from other retailers.
However, you still get it, if you buy direct from microsoft store. It’s bundled into all the editions exclusively in their store.
You can get HOONIGAN car pack on Xbox Rewards if you have enough MyVIP gems
When you first join the rewards club does everyone start with zero of theses gems?
Or is it possible to have retro active gems rewarded to you immediately for having things such as a high gamerscore? I have a 250K gamerscore and was curious if I would possibly have these gems available for this pack right away, if I were to join?
Im not to sure, i was rewarded 500 gems just for my Gamerscore, Hoonigan car pack is 250 gems , Try it out
Read this and went to look for mine and found out I had just enough Gems for the pack. But I already had it and still got it and gave the code to a friend of mine who didn’t have it.

I can’t find the pack in the rewards. Is it possible that it isn’t available as a reward anymore? :-/
It sounds like they are referring to the Xbox Live Rewards VIP vault.

Yeah, it’s different for Canadians too. Called Microsoft rewards, doesn’t seem to be the same thing as American version.
When you sign up for it, it should direct you to what is available to your country, have you tried it?
