I like Holyrood. Especially in contrast to smaller, tighter courses, like Ambelside or Festival circut. It has some decent technical turns, but also long stretches where you can open it up in the S1 and S2 classes. Flying through the flags toward the end is a blast.
Alongside Greendale Club my favourite circuit on the Mainland.
Only beaten by two tracks on Fortune Island, one being the Kraken.
Holyrood has a good mixture of handling and power sections while enabling the usage of every drivetrain.
Did some B700 road cars testing on it from time to time leading to the inheritance of a top 10 spot.
It’s just fun and a good performance index. A fast car on Holyrood very likely is a fast car in general.
It’s a good circuit! Good for 5 laps! Some nice zig-zags, and careful cornering. The Ai seem to like it too.
