Much like the Nissan Tsuru and VW Beetle in Mexico, in India the Hindustan Ambassador is bar far the most iconic Taxi cab in the country. Essentially a Morris Oxford built under license, they’ve built these from 1957 all the way up until 2014 with very minimal changes apart from changes to the drive train over the decades. While I personally would prefer a MKI due to the purity of the design, the final iteration of the Ambassador would make the most sense. I’d be happy to see one of these be added into the series, especially if the amount of engine swap and drive train swaps match the Tsuru!
