I have the in-game licence plate turned off.
But it automatically turns on whenever I exit Hide & Seek. A small bug but it punches above its weight in how annoying this is.
I’ve seen people say their license plate text also gets reset as well.

Came here to report this myself.
Hopefully an easy fix.

It resets the license plate until I go back to reapply my settings.
