Maybe you should just Play the game and collect more fans? Ask Anna, she knows where to get more fans and fans unlock new festival areas. After an hour or two multiplayer should be availale.

I have been playing for 3 hours and still haven’t unlocked online. Ive opened a second festival and still nothing? Am I missing something?
Upgrade second festival to level 2. I think that’s when a lot of stuff unlocked for me.

I have a level 3 Outback, level 2 Byron Bay, and a level 2 Surfers Paradise and I haven’t unlocked online co-op or any thing online. I did unlock clubs thought, I am level 15, what do I need to do to get online multiplayer?
ive got a level 5 surfers paradise, level 3 byron bay, level 4 yarra valley and level 3 outback and i still cant access online. worked for a day and now wont work. how do i sort this?
My friend just unlocked it here is a list of things he was(you might not have to be them all):
Level 11
1 level 2 festival
1 level 1 festival
He unlocked it after getting second festival so I don’t think you level matters but you might have to be level 10 and have 2 festivals sorry if this didnt make sense.
Can we just lock this? Already it’s just people repeating “I have this site at level x and blah blah blah how do I get multiplayer” to no one that for sure knows.

I have the same problem too,. I have all the festivals open to level 5, I’m 200+ level. When friend invite me to the bgroup, Anna says somthing like that: You do not yet have the privilege to go online.
To unlock online play, you only need to build your second festival site, which is either Surfers Paradise or the Outback, your choice. Same as unlocking both expansions. You have to complete enough early festival events and PR stunts to earn 26,900 fans, which should take no more than an hour to unlock the new festival site. Drive to it and “build it” . When you leave it, you should see a welcome to horizon online video and online features unlock.
Driver Level amd festival levels make no difference.
If you’ve gotten that far and don’t have access to online play, something else is going on (Gold subscription required if on Xbox One, connection issues, banned from online features, or some other reason).

I “finished” the game (got 100% completion)
Yet when i ask ANNA to go online free roam
She says she will find a free session; i waited for 10 min yet nothing happened
It also wrote: “Keep playing to unlock Forza Horizon 3 online”
What should I do???

Are people really that stupid that they play a game to 100% completion and still don’t know they need Xbox live to play online???
