help please

I’m trying get use to drifting in forza 5, I’m having trouble with tuning the cars, is it similar to forza 4 tuning, Cause im tuning the cars how I would in Forza 4 and the cars aren’t really drifting, fighting to stay drifting and or keeping rpm’s up. Do the cars need more power than they would in forza 4? Is there a tuning guide? cause in other forza forums (Forza 2,3,4) they had tuning guides.

All of the tandemers probably won’t agree with me but most of the point drifters are running positive camber on the front of cars to make them more stable when transitioning corners. Would recommend using anything from .8 to 1.4 on front and for the rear use whatever negative camber you like I have been recently using a full -5 degrees on the rear and I really like it.

I’ve been having the SAME exact problem. Like i literally can not even drift anymore. Usually in all forza games i can hop directly into the game and drift and tandem farely well. Now i can’t even keep a decent line. I dont know what the hell is going on. In forza 4 i was pretty damn good at drifting. i thought i was the only one. Does anyone know if there is like some hidden assist that’son or something?

Nah, it’s just a different physics setup is all. I’ll likely be on tonight from 7:30pm - 11:00pm EST tonight. Send me a message and i’ll drift/tune with ya.

i know your pain. Use your settings that you are comfortable with and run more positive front toe. I usually run +2.5 on the front, none on the rear

Positive camber is a crutch. You absolutely do not need to do this.

Send me a message, and I will walk you through how I tune my cars.

Almost all of my cars fall under these stats
