I bought all cars DLC couple weeks ago i will get the new dlc or i have to pay again 
Eh, I guess I’ll be helpful… Yes, you’ll have to pay for the May DLC separately. The season pass covered the first 6 monthly DLCs, but not the April or May DLCs.
This DLC will cost money regardless of having the car pass.
