What happened? is this a bug?, i’ve been told the rank for rewards goes to the highest one of the 3 events that you can choose, but i still have the rank 17 from team adventure : /
Do i have to close and re open the game for it to update or something?.
Don’t worry, when they series ends you’ll get your rank 13 rewards. It’s just a minor display glitch I guess.
Had exactly the same stuff in Series 5, it was showing my starting rank 20 for Team Adventure all the way till the end, but once it came to rewards it was all right based on Free-for-All

Your solo and team adventure ranks are separate and will remain so. But your rewards will be based on whichever is the higher league. (ie. lower number)
I think the system confuses a lot of people because it’s not very intuitive and has never been explained in a tutorial or anything.
Yes, but the problem here is that i have rank 17 in team adv. and rank 13 in solo adv. and the rewards screen shows that i’m rank 17 as the highest one. So as the dude before you said, it must be a bug, anyways, if i get the right rewards by the end of the season, i’m cool.
Oh sorry, I see. That happened to me before and restarting the game fixed it. I hope it fixes itself for you.
You might want to capture it as proof. It happened to me last series (Showing only reach League 20 in the pause menu when I was 10 in FFA)., but it won’t change even after restarting. It shows I was league 10 inside the reward page but after it ends, I only get the 20 and I need to submit a ticket. at least I ask for the 2010 TTRS and super wheelspin and they actually gift me 20 and the car.
