I get no error, i guess it may be your internet ?
i tested my internet by using my destop
i m sure that my net servce is no problem
and i had ask XB LIVE customer service for help ,she said : it must be game server error
i just tried to searching design at storefront, it still came up error massage

Perhaps you have already, but try doing a hard restart of your console:
1 - hold the button down on the Xbox One front until the unit shuts down.
2 - remove the power connection from the wall or at least the wall-side of the power pack.
3 - get coffee, help someone or twiddle your thumbs for about three minutes.
4 - reconnect the power to the external power pack.
5 - start the console as you normally would.
You may have a download for the game which is hung up or incomplete, and this may bump it into completing. If that’s not it, check your Internet connection. There are some problems if you have a slow connection or are showing STRICT for your status instead of OPEN (or at least Moderate).
