(Help) How Do These Racing Teams Work?

Hey guys, I’m a Forza lover who goes by K-Bow. I have been playing since Forza 4 and am a huge fan of the series. I’m not the best driver, definitely not the worst, but I could always use some practice. I currently create free tunes for others to use how they’d like because it’s just so much fun on this wonderful game, but I am always looking to have more fun and love competing as well.

This is my first actual post on these forums although I browse them regularly, so just cut me a bit of slack if I’m doing something wrong, haha.

I am just curious as to how the racing teams work. How can I join one? Do you guys have practice meets? Do you guys compete against other teams? I realize that there are no car clubs on this game. That being said, is it more of a ‘join and play’ sort of thing?

I am very interested in joining a Racing Team for drag, drift, or circuit racing. Any suggestions for a decent crew willing to accept a clean racer who may need a bit more practice?

I appreciate you guys taking the time to read this & I hope you all can help me out by answering some of these questions. Loving this community so far!

It’s basically sharing resources for the most part. When you hotlap or take part in a racing series you share your tune, tune together, etc. You only play against other clubs indirectly in both, there aren’t really any club vs. club battles. Would be a good idea tho to find the official fastest club in a tournament.

Pps masters often challenge other clubs to races. They have challenged XtremeR on sunday.

I could use some Drivers for an Endurance Race at LeMans on June 11th (i think is the Date). The Team will be With GT Cars. Anyone is interested, i can give out more information.
