didn’t play the game for about a month, now when i am back i can’t compete, let alone win any races. Right from the start line, car is barely accelareting and within seconds i am in the last place without a chance to catch up. Tried different cars and all behaving like this. tried lowering the drivatar level, still same… is there any like hidden setting or something i am missing ?
Which cars and are you using manual with clutch?
Are you using assists and if so which ones? If you are using assisted brake you will not be competitive
Sounds like you may have a Dare mod switched on?
Could be your controllers trigger is broke, or if your using a elite controller it could be the trigger lock is on. If not that then what’s been said above could be the answer you’re looking for.

It was the trigger lock that my 2 y.o son must have switched on for me

Try taking off all your mods on the car.
Reset the controller to default just in case youve changed your controller settings.
Reset the clutch, braking ect back to default.
Try these simple ideas should all be ready to rock then mate

Haha I did the exact same thing when I got my Elite controller… Worked it after a few races though
