I don’t know what I’m missing.
I have completed the 144 brick challenges, but the stats screen is showing 144 out 272.
Where are the other challenges…? 
What am I missing here guys?

First thought is you haven’t completed the story “play along” and there are still parts of the house and campaign to finish. Like Talby said, can you share an image of your brick challenge screen.

I found myself in the same position - ‘ace’ every race, do all the alien stuff, smash every board……. It’s only when you look in the brick challenges page that you’ll see some missions are very specific, and will never be completed through normal gameplay (3 star 2x drift zones within a given time / use a particular car for the task etc). What’s worse, you can’t progress to the final race until every single challenge has been completed, and some are quite taxing! Thankfully now completed to 100% : )
