Where can I find the dlc I buy? already bought 2 and that comes on Day one.

If you have downloaded the packs from the xbox home the cars will be in buy cars section in game, you will have to use in game Cr to buy them.
On the Xbox One dashboard, go to Games & Apps screen (or something to that affect) and press the ‘START’ button when highlighting the Forza Motorsport 5 tile. A pop-up menu will have the option to view add-ons. Click that and you’ll get a depiction of all content you have downloaded/purchased. For any content that is not installed, when you are highlighting the item it will display ‘Install Content’. At that point, it will install.
