The first Celica turbo was in this generation. And appeared in September 1982 with the GT-T a 1.8L 3G-GTE. AE86 in the works… lol…

The 1990 Toyota Celica All-Trac GT-Four ST185, one of my favorites in Forza Horzion. Of course in its brilliant red…lowered…bigger turbo…and mud flaps…etc. etc…
And finding out how much these sell for might blow your mind…
At Auctions, they can range anywhere from just over $5,000 (Excellent Condition) to $2,000.
I might consider this one a project in the future and have that baby on HMA one day…

. it was interesting but sad how it got it moment of fame and then it toke it’s self out, but that it got a new engine and it is still working. great story and hope to see more.

Ah, the good ole days; when you could take a wrench, elbow grease, and an idea and have fun. This "Joyota"took time, skill, and a serious sense of humor. I love the pic shot on slide 6 with the 76 air freshener hanging off the multi-reflection rearview mirror. So retro. If you stand back and squint it looks like a white Dodge Challenger in a couple of the shots from the right side. That thing has “drive me hard and fast” all over it, I love it.
