All of these cars have been previously available from other events. A Twitter account is not necessary, which was stated during the last discussion. As a matter of fact, there really isn’t a need to create an external account at all in order to get these prizes, your Xbox/Microsoft account works for this as well.

1. Yes, they were available, which was not the case for the previous batch. What about next wednesday ? and afterward ?
2. Actually there is : You need to create a Gfinity Account + Link it to microsoft account, which shoud not be mandatory to get PAID STUFF !!
3. This is forced advertisement and taking player as hostage : You have to Watch 60 minutes of a channel +social activities you don’t care to get cars. Doesn’t matter if you really need to send messages in the end, you don’t need to be very smart to see that the whole purpose of these operations are to force people to promote their game. If you don’t see what’s wrong in it, i’m sorry but there’s nothing more i can do. It’s just plainly indefensible.

The GFinity account is only needed to participate in the races, watching the stream only requires your Microsoft account. You don’t even have to watch the stream, just leave it running for 60 minutes and go do something else.

Do you not watch TV because the “force you to watch advertisements?” It’s not taking anyone hostage.

“You have to watch” They do you the favor of giving you a schedule for the events and you still think it’s hard work to leave the stream on while doing other stuff and randomly vote on the polls between events every now and then.

It’s not the nicest thing but it’s far from being as horrible as you say.

I can’t fault T10 for wanting to reward those who do participate in the events outside of the game, and this time all rewards were widely available via previous events. The quest which drew the most ire on this forum, retweeting, is now a car that anyone with a collector level of 5 or more can go buy at any time. That way if we don’t want to create / link an outside account, or happen to live in a timezone where the streams aren’t ideal to watch (Hi APAC people!), we can completely ignore it and not really miss out on anything.

I stand by everything I wrote before, and find this game to be plagued with bad decisions, mistakes, and bugs that have no business being in the 7th primary installment of a major franchise, but am hoping that the chosen reward cars are an indication that someone is listening.

Technically it was one stream with a break.
And only one set of 4 quests.

If you haven’t unlocked everything in the first part, the count for votes and minutes watched (Q 3&4) continued with the start of the second part of the stream.

Every reward was available only once, even when you watched both parts of the stream.

I can’t see the quest bar, I tried logging off and logging in again, it appears for around 3 seconds, then it dissapears. Now it’s completely gone. I really want that Audi!
