So I preordered the ultimate addition, when the 5 free cars and 1 mil credits was announced, I was a day late claiming them, but when I logged in I got the messages. I clicked on each message and the game popped up a window that said “downloading” well I never recieved the credits and I’m missing 4 of the cars, I’ve triple checked and I only have the NSX. Also all the messages are now gone.
The only thing I can possibly think screwed it up was I had the game running in a window and I was flipping back and forth with opera because the downloads were taking forever. Also this was at the same time the Xbox was having issues.
Just to make sure it wasn’t my PC I opened the game up on my Xbox and the messages are gone, no credits and the cars are not free.
Can anything be done?
