@xRowdyBurnsx - Thank you very much for the feedback, much appreciated! I am still struggling to get a good lap in it, yet, I am making some minor refinements for exiting the hated corkscrew…and hopefully get a touch more of accel/speed out of the tune. WIll be runni ng it again tomorrow (Sunday).
Didn’t know about the 5% setting, was wondering i had the hardest of times getting my time below 1:01,xxx, after changing it i was able to shave more than a second off.
There’s some more in it, maybe tonight.
Using RP Chronic’s no sound tune, someone in here posted a solution for this and it works thank you for posting, and thank you Chronic fot the tune(s).
Amazing times up there, congrats.
Good to see so many old names here and quite some new ones.
Haven´t really touched a Forza game in 2 years, until I recently bought Motorsport.
As some might know, I used to do these weekly competitions with my dad, hotlapping and tuning together. Unfortunately he passed away just before Christmas almost 2 years ago now, and for a very long time it just didn´t feel right, racing without my wingman.
But now at a very good point in my life and picking up things again I really like, celebrating the good memories from when we would do stuff like this together.
Anyway, will be way of pace, need to level up and build a car from scratch, only scratched the surface of the game so far.

Sorry to hear that Odin, but good to see you here, and RIP, Piet G.
Thx Moss.
Thanks for this tip, works a treat - top man
Glad to see you back dude
Rip to your dad man sorry to hear about that
If you even need any tips or help with anything or want any of your favourite cars tuned / built in a certain way or class just hit me up on Xbox I think we were already friends from fm7 years ago
I’d recommend looking into afk lvling videos on YouTube only difference since patch is you need to hit a button on controller every 14 minutes
Gl !!
Figured out how to modify fuel and tyre. Going to try the Valiant v2 seeing as it is my backup car this week. I can’t stand the leveling system and only have it and the Monaro.
Thx Cronic!
I did a lvl0 to lvl50 run with a Chevelle 70 today, got it down to 1:01.077
There is more in it, feels like a “done in 60 seconds” car, as in it could be sub 60 seconds.
But I am using a wheel, no assist and keep messing up the last 3 corners.
Thx for the recommendation on the videos, will have a look.
That might inspire me to do a V3 of the tune and give it another go tonight.
I have been driving around in Forza since FM2 and haven´t missed a FM or FH title since.
So I have gathered a bit of a Forza Friends list over the years.
edit
I understand it is a bit tougher with the leveling system, but my tune is shared and would love to get some feedback on it.
I’ve since surpassed it in the Chevy Valiant using RP Chronics tune. Feels great the car actually turns now which after driving it stock is a massive improvement.
I did the time in the mini when the game was updated with Yas Marina.
Currently p.49 there’s definitely a lot more time there. The complete lack of engine noise is so unsettling, I listen to the engine more than anything else to tell me when I need to shift.Might give it another go later.
I’d try other cars and tunes but the car levelling nonsense means I can’t be bothered afking for 3-4 hours
Scroll up someone posted a guide on how to make the engine work again haha
My first run with the car was no sound then I fixed it and dropped my time by like .200-.300 I need sound to go fast lol
Cheers found it, this game man. I can actually focus on the lap when I know I’m not going to bang off the rev limiter.
Under a minute now up to P33. Give it a few more laps tonight I think.
I’ll give this car a go online when the b class hoppers are back. Be nice to run something that isn’t a civic, brz or mx5
I don’t think I have the skill or patience to get into the 59s. Managed to take about another two tenths out of my previous best but I’m stuck at 1:00.105.
Hi Odin, and, welcome back again my friend! I am very saddened to hear about your Dad. His GT (Piet G) will live as a BIG memory within HLR’s HLC community. He will be missed! RIP Piet G…(Controller in hand, and, in Bumper Cam view)
PRKid
You’re welcome and loving the welsh kit boyo
I’m tapping out at 58.768, cant see me doing a run tomorrow after work so @RP_Jonathon @HLR_Bubba it’s been a good fight massive respect to you both hope it remains this close throughout.
@JSR_Chronic top setup great work and credit to @HLR_PRKid for his superbee it was fractions off getting me a pb which is amazing considering the cars limitations.
Thank you.
Thanks for the kind words guys, it really means a lot to me.
Made me tear up over dinner, seeing the replies and messages.
Feels good to be back and be part of this community.
Amazing time, and great effort
Into 58s as well now, think that’s me done.
Down to 1:01:9xx courtesy of the Monaro. I’m on fumes now but will squeeze in some track time tomorrow as I have until 7 in the States.
