Grey screen while playing FH4 at PC

Hello Guyz!
I’m still facing an issue with FH4. When I play the FH4 for 15 or 20 minutes (it’s infrequent) appears grey screen then throws to the desktop without any information about error. Also I’ve noticed when I start the race then appears grey screen and throws to the desktop. Like I mentioned it’s pretty infrequently.

My PC Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K
RAM: 16 GB DDR3 1866 MHz CL10
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 570 8 GB GDDR5
PSU: TT SMART SE 530 W
SSD: 128 GB 2,5"
HDD: 1 TB 3,5"
MB: ASRock P67 Pro 3
OS: MS Windows 10 x64 1903

Anyone has such malfunction like me?
