Graphics - Spikey wheels graphic glitch

Device: Xbox Series X
Settings: Performance Mode

This is a fairly familiar glitch, as I’ve seen similar things happen to different wheels across previous Forza titles. Work Emotion 11R wheels appear to have a broken model of the air vent, which displays as a long triangle with a see-through texture from the outside. This glitch may not appear on higher graphics settings, but I haven’t been able to confirm that yet.

The same glitch with different wheel colour

I’ve had this issue for a while now. Tried searching but couldn’t see anyone else with the issue on the forums so thought I’d submit it now. Anyone else getting this issue?

Sorry for the rubbish clip but look at the wheels of the blue car driven by the AI.

I made a post a few days ago,

Also your content, video or image says private content..

Happened on a Subaru for me

@ZeroMercy99 when I try to view the clip it indicates as Private and I can’t see it.

When reporting bugs about cars these topics should be identified by the specific car model. We also need details to help diagnose these issues - what is the platform you’re playing on? What events/modes does this occur in? What are your graphics settings? Does it persist after rebooting? Does changing the rims have any effect?

Oh my bad let me try and fix that. It’s pretty much what @BlackCell567 posted though and their picture is way more clear than my clip of it lol.

There doesn’t seem to be a specific car that does it. I’ve seen it on a BRZ and a McLaren. I think everytime I saw it was in career mode and I play on an Xbox Series X in performance mode. It could be the rims then but I’m not sure what ones because it was on the AI everytime I did see it.

Maybe you could find out what rims was used when it caused it. Idk about the Subaru incident bc it’s a friends livery that the ai was driving and using so I have no idea.

It could be a wheel/rim issue, I’ve seen the bug on a suburu and a modern vw golf. I don’t know what wheels they were using.

I have been having this issue recently too. I have attempted uninstalling the game from my extended SSD memory card and installing on the internal SSD and it did not help. I have not noticed this being confined to a specific car model. I also have noticed when in a view that shows the vehicles interior that there are noticeable artifacts on certain material edges/materials and reflective surfaces on vehicle interiors. Unfortunately, I do not have any screenshots or such at this time.

Still persists well over a year later!
