I have finally got it! I have found my magic formula for tuning drift cars. I had a difficult time transitioning from Forza 4 to Forza 5, but I finally figured out the trick to tuning cars again.
If anyone is interested in trying out some good all around cars, feel free to look up my name in the Tuning Shop. I will happily join a party with you if you need any pointers, or tune a car for you.
My cars tend to stay under 650hp and over 2500lbs. So they would be set for drift battles as well.
