Goliath race on Hot wheels not showing up

So I have been playing the hot wheels DLC and enjoying it. The other day I was talking to my friend and I realized that the Hot wheels Champion race had not shown up. So I looked and it says 100 Hot Wheels medals and it would pop up. presently I am at 141/177 I have tried it on a different XBOX hoping that forcing it to sync might trigger it. but no go…

any thoughts?
