Which video game glitch made you confused the most?
Last hour, I was playing Lucha Libre AAA : Héroes Del Ring, a catch wrestling game made by Konami. It’s a pretty standard wrestling game, the kind of one you would see with the WWF franchise from 2K, except in a mexican wrestling association. I was playing to get some achievement, and one of them is to pull of 10 successful aerial attacks in one match. It was pretty straightforward, except at the 10th attack, the game froze for one or two seconds. Then the achievement unlock mention shows up.
There goes the crazy part : the game paused to tell me that I unlocked “Abismo Negro” (one of the wrestlers in the game), and two videos. The thing is, I already unlocked those before, so it felt a bit weird. Then, a cutscene goes with the judge announcing some sort of overtime. The problem there is I set the match with no time limit. Then, the game camera switched to one that showcased the ring in the air, in which I could barely see the closer side of the ring. And the referee model stopped its walking animation. It was moving alone. I tried to pin, and do a submission to conclude the match, but the countdown in both was so broken that it was non-functional. I just couldn’t end the game, so I decided to go for another achievement. This time, the achievement unlocked pretty smoothly. After that, I paused the game in order to return to the main menu. When I set anew match, I noticed that I unlocked a new wrestler, one that I never unlocked. Same things for the videos. I could start the new match with ease. It was pretty odd, but it was nothing gamebreaking.
With all that said, please share the oddest game glitch you encountered in any video game. I’d like to see some weirdness.
