I thought by watching he ForzaRC on mixer we where supposed to get two unicorn cars , I haven’t received either of them yet 
I received one for horizon 3 but i too was expecting to get two for fm6 which i havent received.
I think they were just liveries for an existing car by forzaliveryguy and little vixen, but still they did make a point of saying everyone watching the stream would be sent them on several occasions.
Could be a case of t10 yet again dropping the ball or perhaps a technical glitch as the car i did get sent came in a rather unusual way.
It didnt come as a message from xbox with a code you redeem i the store like most things similar to this do, it came by way of a popup notification from mixer which i then clicked on and it had a little message about “thanks for watching blah blah heres a car” and then just queued the car for download in my active downloads (sort of like after you purchase something from the store). Perhaps this new delivery mechanism isnt exactly ideal as i wonder what happens if you arent online when its sent or if you arent around and dont click on it - maybe it just vanishes or never comes?

It was mentioned during the mixer stream of the Forza RC3 finals at lemans.
During an intermission of the racing they did several cut-overs to interview forzaliveryguy and little vixen who were there doing liveries for some cars. Brian (mechberg) who was doing the interviewing stated that these cars would be sent out to everyone watching the stream via mixer. Not sure if it was mentioned anywhere else ahead of time, possibly not - would of made sense to mention free unicorn cars in say forza hub ahead of time to increase viewers but sometimes thats the thing about unicorn cars, you just gotta be in the right place at the right time to nab one.
I figured it might’ve been stream only. Oh well, seems communication with the userbase is going back down if stream only mentions of things are becoming more and more commonplace.
As you said, announcing it ahead of time would’ve increased viewer numbers. Look at how many people tuned in to the Microsoft E3 briefing on Mixer because there were free games promised for it, so many people tried watching it, I believe it somewhat broke the Mixer app. Never underestimate peoples desire for free things.

us who quilifyed for the RC finals but wernt able to make the trip… we are still waiting on our forza goodie bags… so ur most liky never gunna see em…
