Why do I see these “ghost cars” all the time? They’re usually driving crazy and they have name tags on them. What are they?

Well goes the same for races …
Depends on what you mean by “driving crazy”. I sometimes see cars glitching all over the place, including flying off into the air, driving through walls across the course and twitching around like bad ai’s with a severe virus infection. I used to think it was just my ISP lagging, but after checking several times, my ISP is working fine, yet the glitchies still do their glitching thing. Plus, I only notice this in Horizon and no other game.
I pretty much just let them glitch off in front so they don’t distract my own driving, they eventually crash out of the game anyway.
