Hello everyone,
I hope someone here can give me a solution to my problem, because it’s getting really frustrating to the point I want to stop playing.
Me and my team do endurance races on Sunday every week, and for the 5th time yesterday I got disconnected after an hour into the race. It just puts me back to the main menu of Forza, it doesn’t even give me the ‘disconnected from server’ message or anything like that.
If someone has an idea how to fix this, please let me know. It’s really frustrating that after a week of practice i get dropped out of races every time.
What I’m gonna try next:
- Re-install the game
This is what I’ve tried already:
- my Xbox is wired directly into the modem that’s behind it
- my Xbox has a dedicated IP adress
- my Xbox has an open NAT stat
- I always restart my Xbox before a race to clear the cache
- all firewalls are off for the IP adress my Xbox is using
- I did all the port forwarding you need to do to get the best connection.
- power cycle my Xbox
- power cycle my modem/router
- I hosted a race it happened/someone else hosted a race and it happened too
