I like the layout you have gone for in this shot.
For both shots I think the exposure should of been decreased slightly. Now what is my favourite in terms of layout. Out of the two I feel the first one works better.
From what I have seen. It is the better of your four, most recent shots is the Z8. Sure there is no aperture at all. But when compared against the other three. I feel it works better with no aperture or a low one. Now what do I think about the others.
First the 720S shot has too much exposure. Reason being, looking at the bonnet for example is a tad too bright for the eyes. While for aperture. I feel a low to low medium one would be acceptable.
Next this shot has potential. However having no low to medium aperture has resulted in the shot, falling short of what it could of been. And if you used a low to medium aperture, having the background above the road in the distance, would add something extra to the shot.
Right it’s time to look at the 22B. For such a layout a medium aperture or maybe even a low high aperture, would be suitable for such a shot, instead of having no aperture at all. Now does that mean no aperture can work. It’s a tricky thing to do, since people have to tred carefuly when it comes to no aperture.
Reason being a shot could become messy if a composition is complex in places. While at other times, it could lead to a shot missing a bit of extra punch. Either way it will be interesting to see what you come up with next. Weather that be a few styles or style you plan to evolve over time. Or you try to mix it up a bit.
