Gamertags

Racing around on forza 5 and seen some weird and wonderful gamertags. my question to you guys is whats the story behind your GT’s  mine was cause i was an alcoholic at the time (like a bad tattoo, you cant get rid of.)

When I bought my Xbone and was setting it up to play, it asked what my name is…So my gamer tag is me…Dont see much reason to change it.

thats fair enough  ive actually seen ive seen somebody use there full name as well

Mine is my real name

sweet

RPM because that is the club I’m in.

Swerve is partly because it is racing related and partly because it is the title of a hit song by Lil Boosie. I used to bump to that song while at street races and acting a fool in my not so fast civic.

i might have to look that song up lol

its a gangsta rap type song. lol. In hindsight it really isn’t that great, but it was all the rage among the youth around my area back in the day.

I’m Gemma and I’m hot, simples!

Back in the day when someone had a few too many adult beverages we would call them “hurt magurt”. Around the same time we created a character in Wrestle Mania 2000 and No Mercy on Nintendo 64, with the same name. He was a bad ass brawler so Hurt MaGurt fit. A few years later (almost 9 years ago now) when it came time to sign up for Xbox Live I went with it.

sounds good to me to mate

BBTD is for a group i helped found. Mitch is my name but people often call me mitchy for some reason, and the K is short for KYX which i used to use as my tag on arcade machines back in the day of 3 letter names on high score boards, and the 7 is because Seven was my nickname when i was younger. Put it all together and you get BBTD MitchyK7! Simples (Also i’m hot too but more modest than Gemma, Honest!)

OK, i’m not hot, but i’ve put the heating on so that kinda counts!

its funny how we all have these childhood connections, how they just stick by you all through the years

I took over my son’s gamertag when he moved out. For some reason, he thought he was an outlaw. Even though he is one of the most mainstream white boys ever. He was born in 93 and his favorite football player at the time was Joey Porter.

My Gamertag goes back to the days of the Nintendo Gamecube. If anyone had one and played Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004, then they remember the trophy ball for hitting 20 career hole-in-ones. The trophy ball’s name was “Ace’s Wild” and for some reason I loved that. When I got my Xbox Live account, my buddy had the Gamertag “vKovy” and then changed it to "vLamborghini"shortly after. He suggested I add a “v” since “AcesWild” was taken. It’s been two years since then and I can’t bring myself to change the “v” to something else. I’ve been thinking about “RugbyAce” because of my love for the sport but vAcesWild takes me back to my gaming roots.

Cheers,
Ace
