Since about June of 2016, I have had issue when I go to play Forza 6. I have contacted Xbox support multiple times and we have tried everything on their end. The issue is when i go to play the game it freezes before it gets to the games main screen. It will then kick me back to my Xbox home page. When others go to play Forza on my Xbox the game loads fine. I have the same issue when I try to play on a different Xbox. I just talked with Xbox support and was directed to contact you with regards to this issue.
