Game keeps crashing on startup

No error message or nothing to go on. It seems like many others have this problem as well. Has anyone found a viable fix for this?

For reasons here are my specs…

i7 8700
AMD R9 290
24GB DDR4 3200
Windows 10 x64 build 17134

I am getting a refund, they obviously shouldn’t have released it this early

Happened to me too. Just fixed this by looking up the crash in event viewer. Turned ON DEP through sysdm.cpl (Advanced, Perfomance Settings, Data Execution Prevention, Turn DEP ON) and it’s loading in now.

Edit: So I had to restart the game and it’s not working again… Still the same event viewer errors

EDIT: Identified a potential fix. Crash seems to be caused by GPU tuning applications. End applications like Afterburner and RivaTuner and you should be able to run the game.

That’s really not a fix. Just putting a bandaid on it. I hope they fix it soon so I can re-purchase the game.

Thanks tea, but I wasn’t running any tuning apps. I had gforce experience but I wasn’t tuning any games with it.

I’m also having the same problem. I’m not using any software for overclocking either. This is really frustrating :confused:
