From about 1 PM today, my friend and I were working on getting lots of points on the seasonal festival playlist.
A few minutes ago, he was at 45 points, had the Lynk & Co, and had won a Pagani Huayra BC from a wheelspin.
His game crashed, and now his playlist is displaying 26 points (as shown), and he has lost both the Lynk & Co and the Pagani.
Is there anything that can be done?

Same happened to me. Was playing and did 21 points for the AMG GT Black Edition in the season and get on 2 days later and hop on and I got reset back to 6 points after that week was over and it took the car from me. Tried to contact support about it but still no reply. Sucks it happened as well cuz I was really hype for this car and at this point dont wanna play the game until its a earnable reward again since support wont help. Would like to see something done since its clearly a issues that happened to players that isnt our doing.
