Hey guys! Just got this game a few days ago and I figured I would start a thread for my in game photography.
A little bit about me: I’m an actual photographer and have done photography at Cars and Coffee events and even done photography for SCCA track days. One of my favorite features of Forza games besides the cars has always been the camera feature and I’m absolutely blown away by the quality of images that can be produced on the Xbox One.
Anyways, my main goal is to do little photo shoots of all kinds of cars, but I’ll definitely throw in some random shots from time to time.
I absolutely love driving this car around! Fun fact, I actually got to check out a preproduction 6th Gen Camaro in this exact red, so this car has somewhat of a sentimental value to me.
Appreciate it! It’s definitely wierd playing around with some of the settings (didn’t usually mess with anything except shutter speed in previous Forzas) since higher aperture in this game= shorter depth of field yet in real life, a smaller number aperture= shallow depth of field.
The C7Z is one of my absolute favorite cars in real life so naturally, I had to do a photo shoot of it. This thing is a grip monster (Which is funny because it has a drift skills bonus).
Whoever thought “We should add race cars to Horizon games” was a genius. As much as the street cars are fun to drive, there’s not many things better than ripping through corners at insane speeds in a race car.
Haven’t updated this thread in forever, but school is stressful and there’s lots to do in such a short time.
Anyways, picked up a Vanquish and I remember how much I loved it in older Forza games. It’s such a fun car to drive and it’s nice because it’s one of those cars that you don’t need to go 150+ mph to enjoy.
