When I use the Forzavista mode the car specs don’t show up when I click on the Forza logo. When I click on the logo it just shows the name of the car and makes the sound that happens when it’s supposed to show the specs, but again it doesn’t show up. This glitch has been there since the launch of the game.
Yep. Forzavista took a back seat this time around to get the game out prior to the Xbox One X release. It has been reported multiple times and is quite a shame. No voice-overs, no info from the ‘info button’, can’t turn on headlights (unless taking a photo), etc. They really need to study Gran Turismo Sport on how to make proper showrooms, especially with “4K! 4K! 4K!” being the mantra behind the X console.
I think that was rather harsh. Most of the people here are just trying to help in any way they can. I’d say most people would read the forum before creating a new topic, but the amount of topics about exactly the same thing is ridiculous, and the regular posters end up having to say the same thing over and over again.
The OP didn’t say that they’d already tried it, so the hard reset suggestion wasn’t unjustified, because that would be the first solution that one would suggest.
First rule of tech support: Assume everyone is an idiot until they prove otherwise
Many people don’t try it though.
Also it was a free suggestion which i didn’t have to give. Overused it may be, but that’s cos it often fixes many things when done properly. As in power off, 60 secs etc. Not just hold the button in until it restarts. But as you gentlemen have poured scorn on my first attempt, i shall not bother further.
